Matthew Ternus

Matthew Ternus has taken the stage throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and beyond over the past four years. His standup comedy experience ranges from performing at open-mic nights in coffee houses and breweries, to being a featured comedian on the historic Empire Arts Center's stage, and performing at the Orlando Comedy Festival. With additional improv comedy experience through Nine & Numb, and through his studies via the Second City, Ternus brings his unique storytelling-style of standup comedy to any stage he takes. Named Grand Forks' Top Entertainer in Community Votes Grand Forks in both 2024 and 2025, Matthew aims to have everyone laughing either with him or at him.
